Yes.

Description:
OLOLOL Doctor Freeman, pleas- ...RAGHMPTF!... RAAAAWR!.. RAAAAWR!.. RAAA... PEWPEWPEW!!!

Features:
-It's a hat
-It looks like a HCZ
-It's good for HL2 RPGs
-It's orange-yellowish
-It wont explode

Download:

Instructions:
1. Download the hatMod, (If you don't like waiting download the equip command too)
2. Install it into Blockland->Addons,
3. Equip this addon in your addons folder,
4. Type /Hat HCZ
5. ???
6. RAWR

Event_Bothats seems to be dissappeared from the add-on section...

I wonder why?

Also, the other one is still available via RTB, though, this works with the hatmod, and with that event (bothats) you can give bots a headcrab. :3
