Author Topic: Misconceptions on China  (Read 2404 times)

Ok, for the last few years the United States' debt has been going up and up. Naturally, this would cause great fear among the population. Major media (especially FOX) have been spewing bullstuff every which way when it comes to China. So now, everytime a conversation is started with a person about the debt "crCIA" with China, you get a forgeted up response such as, "LOL DEY OWN US DEY CAN INBADE NOA BECUZ DEY OWNS US forget!"

These people deserve a good kicked in the testicles for their ingnorance.

First off, if China were to call in their debt, the entire world market would go to stuff including China. The United States has the largest and most sensitive economy in the whole world. The state of California ranks #3 and several American based corperations are bigger than countries like Poland, Ukraine, etc.

If these were to collapse, mass global chaos would ensue. A massive sell off in the stock market would take place causing the whole world wide economy would collapse cause anarchy and a time of great tribulation (e.i. war, genocide, etc.)

After the said person is presented with this realization, the counter with the notion that China could launch an invasion through Mexico.

These people deserve to have their loveual organs ripped out so their stupidity cannot contaminate the rest of the world.

The United States’ military is by far the most influential and powerful force on the planet. The key to worldwide military domination, is massive naval power, specifically the control of the oceans. Why? Because the ocean is the super highway when it comes to international trading. Thus, land-locked nations do not prosper as sea-side nations.

The United States has access to both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Not only does this mean massive economic power, but also physical safety for the United States. In order for the Chinese to get to Mexico, a massive fleet of ships unlike any other that has ever existed would have to make the journey. Plus, the fact that the United States has a navy larger than all other navies combined does not help the Chinese either.

Second, money is made through debt. If you have read “Modern Money Mechanics” you would know this. However, the majority of the people are to stupid to know this. This is basically how money is created:

The U.S. government is in need for 10 dollars. It goes to the federal reserve (or central bank) and asks. So the government makes some fancy pieces of paper called bonds (worth 10 dollars) and the fed makes 10 dollars in cash. The government now owes the fed 10 dollars, and lets say for the sake of simplicity, a dollar in interests.

So 11 dollars owed to the fed and 10 dollars in circulation. So, what the forget? Where is the other dollar?

It doesn’t exists.

So, the government takes the ten dollars and puts it in a bank account. 10 percent of that money ($1) is kept as essential money to be kept. The other nine can be redistributed to another party as excess to create more loans.

So, man comes up to the bank and asks for 9 dollars. It’s logical to assume that the 9 comes from the existing 10. Wrong. It’s fabricated out of thin air. The bank agrees and hands him 9 dollars plus interests. Again, for the sake of simplicity lets say 10 dollars is owed back and that includes interests. Thus the amount of money in circulation is always smaller than what was owed.

Every loan handed out, from a mortgage to a credit card bill, creates money. So, what happens when the amount of money out ways goods and services? Inflation. Prices go up causing the people to battle for labor to handle the cost of living.

You have now been forced into employment.

Basically this is us and China. The debt is creating money. This is mutually beneficial for the U.S. and China. So please just shut the forget up about China.

If China makes everyone elses stuff

CHINA MAKES MONEY OUT OF DEBT
I STILL DONT GET IT

Very well put, nice explanation of the Federal Reserve. I'm interested about others' opinions on that, specifically the ones that don't agree with what you said.

How the forget do you rack up a $14 trillion debt in the first place? That's what's alarming.
