I remember the old Bionicles, where they came with lots of small parts.
Now, they are extremely uncreative.
Mind you, they keep changing the pieces, the old ones had relatively similar ones.

I go for old ones.

I have the very first model of bionicle made. I also have Makuta the first villan the sets now worth 80 bucks!

I have all of the original Toa-Mata and most of the old bohrok/bohrok-va.

The old ones were definitely better than the newest ones (Before they stopped producing Bionicle), more solid construction and all that.

I missed the old "action functions", Whacking someone with a weapon instead of firing an object you'll end up losing was much cooler.

Of course it made posing them harder. But I used the old functions a lot more then the newer launching ones, for fear of loosing the projectiles.

My uncle collected some, who gave it to his kid, his kid got more bionicles, the bionicles got passed down to my older brother and I got the Bionicles. Almost every single old Bionicle. Including all but the black rakshi, all of the originals and some of those ball things

These are the some of the first Bionicle sets i got
