I spawned 10 blocks away from the gravel pit in 404, collapse it, go down the waterfall and get mauled by mobs at the bottom.

Actually hes right, a seperate topic for the seeds is actually a good idea
EDIT, ontopic, seed 1 1 1 1 spawns you in a world with mostly ocean, and sand surfaces here and there, LOTS of squids
