Just because you can light a tree on fire. Looks badass.

Make a normal house.
With a good roof.
THEN
On the inside, you put a fireplace, and an underground passage to a bigger part of the house with beds and decoration and stuff.
I tried to do that but I failed, even with INVEdit or MCEDit.

Momentum, use wood, and bash open enough cobblestone for a floor of 5x5, to be simple. Make a wall around that floor area, add door, torch, and make sure you place one cobblestone under the door block, make the roof extend into a pyramid without touching the main base.
