[Minecraft] why the forget isnt Bukkit working?

all a sudden my Bukkit server isnt working.
I start the game using the launcher in the Bukkit Server folder. it started normally, I dont see anything different in the log than I normally do. theres no welcome message or players list shown on joining the server. no plugins work. I cant use any of the commmands.

if I need to give more info on files and stuff just ask, I dont even know
