Using TorqueDev - Click the download link provided above -> Open the Zip File -> Double Click the Program -> Extract All -> Show Extractions -> Double Click Extracted Program -> Install

Its the best tool a scriptor can have for Torque games, I use it constantly. Allows you to search the entire games code without manually going into every script file. Although for Blockland its a bit useless.
