I think it happened at page 991. Since it's getting close to a "milestone", so there has to be hype about it. Or it's been like this for longer.

We ended up re-reviewing those applications with the latest batch, since Tophat sorta botched the review procedure a bit. Not really his fault, but the review couldn't count.
