Well first you must get a warrent from the FCBA.
Then you need to request what to want your picture to look like.
In about a year or so they should have your picture ready.
Then you will need to travel to Mexico City to pick up your picture.
Then you need to re-download blockland.
Then you need to make a new zip. folder.
Put the picture in there.
Wait a few months.
And when you get back on you should have the picture you requested.

I'd recommend editing your picture to be square, then resizing it to be 75x75. That way, the forums compression doesn't make it look terrible.
