did you even do the tutorial?
the mousewheel is for most of the actions, G is for inventory or grabbing stuff on the ground/in tents/in vehicles
right click on most items will allow you to eat/drink/equip in inventory

hahaha oh my don't tell me this is the first game you've ever played where you can't just use WASD, spacebar, shift, and ctrl/alt on the keyboard

This actually requires you to do a little more work than that, it's not hard. It's not a TF2 clone.

M16 has way less recoil and spread and makes much less noise. It's not just about damage.
