It says blue when it's on blue section and it says white when it's on white section.

How the hell...

Here's the script I wrote for this.
Requires Python 2.5 or better and Python Imaging Library.

Place it in a folder together with two files, named img1.png and img2.png (respectively), run it and it'll make a new file named imgf.png.

Or you could just do it the old fashioned way, which isn't that hard either.
