I was at Pecon7's server and this came up. THIS WAS NOT PHOTOSHOPPED, i don't even have a program to do that on.

why was the rest of your screen completely white

I just put it into paintbrush and cut it out of the bigger picture, the size of the whole photo, so the whole screen isn't showing.

0 ping isnt the same thing as 0-second ping lol

data HAS to travel. and it does take time. just because it takes less then a second dosnt mean you have some kind of magic ping.

all you know is. its a ping greater then zero, and less then 1. incremental amount that computers dont gauge.
