He has told me it's something he plans to change, so encourage him to actually do that.
There will be an add-on that you can download that places music in the cache. Install the add-on and you have all the music for the server as well as for your own server.
There will be celebrations for GMT+2, GMT+1, GMT, GMT-5, and GMT-6. There will not be additional celebrations after 1AM EST but that is subject to change depending on player turnout after that time. There weren't many people at 3AM and I was exhausted, so I'm looking to skip it this year.
