This is hands down the best build I have ever seen. 

The sheer scale and variety in this cityscape blows everything else out of the water.

YES! You finally finished and posted it! I personally watched Sylv build this up from the ground and I have to say he did such an amazing job given the fact i grew up in Seattle so to see all of this reminds me of home.
