Blota is just a interface enhancement add-on. It was made by Munk, TheBlackParrot and some other people. At beta 3 of Blota it became broke, so it was discontinued. I asked Munk if he still had Blota the answer was no. But he still had Blota beta 2 on Bitbucket. He said I could try and repackage it. I did, and it worked! So here's the link, :P.

I don't know if the Blota team would want you to post it again, but okay.
The main thing I notice about Blota is the MainMenuGui. There are also other things such as displaying RTB messages sent to you in a notification and a bunch more.
