What distribution do you have?

If it's a Debian based distribution, you can simply run this command in your terminal (CTRL+ALT+T):
sudo apt-get install wine
Then you're good to go. Other based distributions will require a different means of installing wine.

Basically, you need Wine.

well i have mint 13, so what wine would i need

that's like answering "use a drill" for someone who's asking the best way to punch a hole in an index card with a pencil

sure, it's more effective, but they may not own a drill and may not want to buy a drill and it's not what they're asking for.

you could try googling this stuff beforehand, but heres a youtube video on how to instal wine for mint 13/14
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Lt1WfdiCYg0

1 : In Terminal, type sudo apt-get wine
OR
Type mintinstall in Terminal and search for wine and install it

2 : Type cd (directory to Blockland)
 For example, cd /home/billy/Blockland

3 : Type wine BlocklandLauncher.exe

You can also double click on an exe to run it or right click and press Open With WINE Windows Program Loader
