Could you make a date/time mod relative to a daycycle?

Every morning it will send a message to the server saying: "Today is d/m/y"

Every morning, one number is added to d. When it overflows at 30, 1 is added to m. When m overflows at 12, 1 is added to y.

I can't get the Event_SaveLoadItems because RTB was shut down and I can't reach the site. Is there any other way I could get the mod?

1 - January - 31 days
2 - February - 28 days
3 - March - 31 days
4 - April - 30 days
5 - May - 31 days
6 - June - 30 days
