Turning a wall of bricks into public bricks

This wand is Orange! It highlights bricks to be orange too!
It selects the Exact same way the duplicator does
It makes bricks public bricks
It has some protection to make logic bricks lag less!


Admin only by default, although it does have some RTB Prefs:

AdminOnly
Max Bricks
Max Bricks (Non-Admin)
Trust Level
Selection Timeout
Selection Timeout (Non-Admin)
Flood Ignore

/publicWand - Gives you the thing
/pub - Same as above
