Blockland Steam Version: Stuck in Demo Mode

So I bought my cousin BL for Christmas and we were having a good time. Now, all of his addons are disabled and he is stuck in Demo Mode. Are the Steam auth servers still being DDoS'd? He has the Steam version, I have the desktop version. What do?

Are all his add-ons still in the Steam folder?

I'd say try reentering the authentication key. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling Blockland.

I don't use Steam though for Blockland, so that's probably as much as I can give.

There is no button to put in his key for BL. It's all done through Steam. When he opens the game, it's in Demo mode.
