It is supposed to work. It doesn't use the RTB server. VoltIRC died too apparently. Hold on.

If that doesn't work, do RTB_toggleOverlay(1); in console and change the keybind in options.

Tried both. Looked in options, saw nothing. Did I install it incorrectly or something?

this won't open on mine, i've even tried RTB_toggleOverlay(1);
It doesn't display errors, just nothing happens
works fine now, probably forgeted up downloading it somehow
