this is a color set i made that has the original colors and the TF2 colors. it has a new column with a few extra pales, a few new browns.

You should at least result to only 63 colors then; remove that last column as it is completely out of hand.

To make it look neater you could re-arrange the colours on an 8x8 grid

Given the FX column always has 9 rows, no.
I think every respectable colorset should devote itself into having 9 rows per column.
