I'm 99% sure this isn't possible. Just wait for the default hats to come out, i'm sure Baddy will allow modders to add hats.

I believe the mod has an event for that.
OnBotSpawn>Bot>setHat>[Hatnamehere]

So if you wanted your bot to wear, say the MBison hat, the event would be:
OnBotSpawn>Bot>setHat>[MBison]
