It is up.
I have been somewhat overloaded at work in the past few weeks.
The chat server is running in full debug and not on auto restart so I can catch where I am having any issues.
So the server does spend some time down longer than it would normally.

You might want to make the title idiot-proof, people are joining servers and saying in caps : "RTB IS BACK GUYS!!!"

I wish I had pics, but do you really need pics for something like that? Its not even a drama.
