Simple - a server-side addon that makes it so when you jump on the head of a player or bot (if Weapon Damage is on) they will die. If this is already an addon, please link it below or be ever so kind and make it.

This is (sort of) in vanilla. If you fall from a normally-lethal height, but land on someone else, they die instead of you. But that's not goomba-stomping, per se.

EDIT: Ran into a few problems, can't reliably track velocity with onCollision and onImpact requires me to modify player datablock for it to work the way I want it to.
So do you want this as a playertype instead?
