As seen below, there are four bricks included. All but the whole pizza can be placed and used as a door, where the wide variant is CCW and the normal is CW. The boxes can be coloured, as well.

He could, but if he didn't already, I doubt his exporter lets him.
That or he does not know how to UV Texture.
Or he did not even think about it. You'll have to wait on him for that...
