How would you do positional audio for an external program? Is it a feature of Mumble?

Overwolf or whatever it's called already does this fine.
Overwolf doesn't work with Blockland, from my understanding.
Plus, It's buggy as forget. It has crashed some people's computers.

Oh dang you did the thing that everyone else didn't want to do.

This is not compatible with GUI+, which almost every GUI for the start menu isn't anyway. But, still a cool mod.
