Yeah, it's simply too detailed. You should remove the buttons and replace it with a printable space. We could print the buttons ourselves. Maybe the drawer should be pushed out more, and you could make the knob thing square. These are just suggestions I'm not trying to flame you.

Make a door version so when you click it it opens the register.

Even if you dont give a forget, can you give the price screen (the one's shown at the client) and the money drawer some different color?
Also maybe the keys in some sort of white

(Assuming grey part changes color)

Buttons are paintable, rest is not.

I would recommend the buttons being bigger or the face being printable.

Add different shades of grey for the cash holder and the main body and the part that tells how much $
also make the part that comes off the top that tells how much $ actually have like a black display. bonus points if you put some random numbers there.
