hey you can always learn to model one yourself. it's actually fun. here's a guide for downloading and using Blender, a 3D modeling program you can use to make anything: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=238380.0 - read as carefully as you can, it will pay off.

If you also want to learn to script your vehicle, here's the most useful torquescript guide I've found: http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/~stewart/GPGT/Appendix%20A%20-%20Quick%20References.pdf - open the jeep script, find any phrases you don't understand, and search those phrases at that link, using ctrl+F. make your vehicle script like the jeep's.
