According to rumor, some guys leaked a list of developers for "Half-Life 3" and "Left 4 Dead 3".

the closest thing you're gonna get to portal 3 is probably that time machine mod that they released as official dlc

also apparently there's another mod coming out in 2015 with a demo during this summer called conversion and it fills in holes in the story

considering this is getting on the steam store and looks like it's going to be officially supported I don't think valve is planning on making portal 3 themselves and conversion will most likely be the closest thing

looks better than time machine anyway
