akimbo pushbrooms, I don't even know how that would work.

And as for akimbo-ing when you have the gun already, the L4D playertype someone made quite some time ago did that with some guns actually.
It could even be done without the playertype.

Weapons are mounted to each hand individually. There's actually two seperate Guns Akimbo images, one for the left hand and one for the right.
So you only need a left and right version of each weapon.

The third gun should be sideways and placed inside of the blockhead's well, head, right by where the mouth slot should be. Not just kinda floating like some weird variety of voodoo magic.
