Day Cycle Announcements
For those times when you need to know what day it is.

v1.5

This mod announces what day it is according to the daycycle. Year starts at 1, so do month and day. However, you have to start it manually with /toggleDayCycleAnn to make it go.

Planned for v2:
  • Automatic starting
  • Custom start time
  • Real life months - January has 31 days, etc.

Roleplays and such.

Can you make one that has the European format?
Like dd/mm/yy?

I agree. You should use European date format since Europe is like, the center of the world.

Instead of 06/14/1999 use 14.06.1999

Use 1999-14-06 to make everyone happy.
You got the day in the wrong spot there bud. It's YYYY-MM-DD, not YYYY-DD-MM. 14 is not a month.

Bugs I've encountered:

Months and days can start at 0.
The chat is spammed with "The day is..." on all daycycle times over 1000

Suggestions:

First year is 2000
Upon month overflow (new year), a second message is sent: "Happy new year!"

damn americans with their months as the first item

it makes much more sense for DD/MM/YYYY
I mean why would anyone EVER use MM/DD/YYYY?
it's handicapped.

it doesn't make ANY sense

/rant

pretty nice mod besides the bad format

Perhaps a format RTB pref?

Perhaps a format RTB pref?
and make it COOL where you get to choose how it's laid out yourself cus if you're a dork and want it to be MM/YYYY/DD for some reason then you can
