Well, because if you have RTB, you can change the Colorset, without RTB, there's nothing to do with this.

No, it is possible to change colorsets without RTB.

It is 2:30 in the morning and I am too tired to bother giving an explanation as to how. Somebody else do it.

IIRC, the colorset can be changed via the colorset section, when starting a server, in the list that also contains addons, and advanced settings.  The list is contained on the menu that pops up after selecting the gamemode (I have only ever used custom, so idk if it pops up for other game modes).
