I got banned on a server by someone using the command that allows people to say thing using your name and they said I used hacks then the admin banned me for a minute but I can't rejoin? is it something with my game or my computer?

Anyways, like someone else already said, they probably changed your ban time and extended it or it was actually -1 minutes.
