I don't really consider Furdle a badmin. He just runs a tight ship, sorta reminds me of Legate Lanius, if you guys remember who that is.

Whenever I make these kind of servers, I always make an invincible admin team that you can join only if an SA grants you to join it. That way, admin stuff goes undisturbed.
