Banning someone because they wanted to share with everyone else the fact that they were born on that specific day x years ago is stupid any way you look at it

its not spam, people make little topics that rarely ever get past page 2, and they only happen once a year. If you can't handle seeing them you're a huge pusillanimous individual.
