It's an adware you might have. Use a anti-virus program to check it out, possibly BetterMarkIt or GoooMarket, both of these are annoying adwares that give you ads like these to similar, check your extension folder or add-ons in Chrome or Firefox. Thats my guess.

Everybody who told you its adware is right, just get Roguekiller and run it in safemode, odds are it'll try to stop any AV Software from running.
