did you even read the op

Torque itself was written in C++.

Only knowing c++ won't help you create addons and scripts for blockland.

You need to learn torquescript, read the docs bluebur posted.

did you even read the op
Yes. It doesn't change the fact that add-ons are not made in C++

did you even read the op
Yes, you said you wanted to make Blockland addons and scripts.
C++ can't do either of those.

If you want to make BL addons, use torkscript.
If you want to make general scripts, I suggest using python or ruby or something like that.

He never said blockland addons. He could want to make addons for other games.

wtf are you talking about
If you want an understanding of torque, then learn torquescript
Learning c++ isn't going to help you with making add-ons at all because you're not going to be working with c++ at all

Isnt C++ similar to TS or am I wrong

ignore him. he uses Linux

any coding tutorial is useless. they treat you like a handicap and have nothing to offer outside the basics. the real steps to doing anything is sitting down and doing it. look at it behind the curtains, develop your ideas on how its supposed to work. then implement each step. if youre stuck on that google it because seriously this is what youll be doing a lot of the time before you get anywhere near being good at it. it requires a lot of memorization and no normal human being is capable of doing that at the beginning. theres too much. so pull up a chair and start practicing
