You should probably be more specific, as there are a TON of Vox things, it would probably work better as a sound clip instead of a music file.

yeah, VOX is designed to be used as a customizable announcement system, in which there are over 50 different words for you to use to make your own announcements for your maps

In Half-Life 1 they used separate individual words to compose sentences using scripts. For Black Mesa Source, most of them are already premade so conversion to a sound file would be quite easy.
