Goodcreature, threatening to ddos and track me down...

Hello people, I have a new drama for you, This is not something that happened in-game, but it happened over steam. So here's the story.

So I logged on to 8s server, and there was an argument between Cynicalcontroller, TriTyrant and Goodcreature, and for some reason I take goodcreatures side. And that reason I dont know.

Anyway so he sends me a friend request on steam. and the rest is a long story.


So anyway, after going afk to work on a map he messages me, 10 times. And hes done this before. So i come back and he sends me the profiles of blur and this other guy. And he asks me to report them. I decline, saying that he can report them himself. And then then the argument begins.

So anyway, this kid goodcreature threatens to DDoS me, and that hes going to north carolina, soon and he might stop by my house. (I should note that my steam location is set to NC so he guessed on that.) Anyway, So naturally when a kid tells me hes gonna hack me i laugh in his face. and boy was that a mistake. So after this he starts threatening me, and guessing my location through voice chats. And after numerous attempts at getting my location. He actually gets it right. At this point im loving terrified. He guessed my loving location with almost 100% accuracy. the only thing he got wrong was my postal code

Anyway so after this a threaten to block him, and he claims its all a joke. And shortly thereafter he told me to "apologize" for "Neglecting" him.

Oh, and should I mention? he got banned from Conans server for loveually Harassing MeowZ.

No dude, you got it all wrong.

First off, he managed to get my Exact location in Oregon.

And hes done this before, where he'll act like a creep/handicap and I'll tell him were done, then he gets all apologetic. He's just like an abusive spouse IMO.

Your IP is public information and that's all he used. Geolocators, even if they're close to being exact, cannot locate your exact house. EVEN IF HE SAYS HE DID, HE DIDN'T. He does not know your exact location. Geolocation simply isn't that accurate. He's simply trying to scare you and it worked. Good job believing him.

Even if he WAS a sociopath (and I doubt you even know what sociopath really means, because that's certainly not what he's showing), that makes absolutely no difference in his ability to find where you live. He never even said explicitly where he thinks you live, only the state.

This, MORE THAN LIKELY, means that he hasn't even gotten your IP to get your location with.
