I've never actually looked at this query before.  The separate entries for "troll", "handicap" and, "handicap / troll" gave me a good laugh.

Note that this includes bans from before ID registration was a thing - ambiguous topics and general stuff posting used to be a lot more of a problem.  Also a few years ago I added an automatic filter for common ambiguous topics titles like "help" and that cut down on rule #1 bans a lot.

also the invisible one is literally just no ban message/set reason
