I was just notified by text from my buddy at the police department that they found storm surge.
"It was a 12 year-old boy from TN."
I'll update with more detail when they disclose it.

He wasted about 10,000 dollars in police resources and put Akio in danger under false pretenses.

That's domestic terrorism. A kid went to jail for 10 years for that stuff. He was tried as an adult.
