Well i think its obvious...It's for background music, meaning everyone will hear everywhere they go.

I coulda' sworn i had a mod in BL like this (Mission Music), but i must be imagining things...

Hmm, i haven't tried Solar's yet, it maybe better than mine, so i guess i should keep my mouth shut :P

No it's not mission music, it's a gui that lets you listen to all music in your music folder. Completely clientside, f5 to activate.
