Made it in Pepakura Designer with the real Blockhead model. Now, this looks really confusing, but if you add it all up, it may turn out ok. I'm going to try it out myself some time later on.

You do realize that the model you made will be so tiny that you won't even be able to glue the pieces together?
Scale it on to 2 or three pages.

Sure. Just split up the pieces and print them separately.

It has to be scaled in pepakura so everything remains proportional.
