Description
When soldiers of the front in the battle of RDOB (Roblox Defense Of Blockland) They used the Lightning Wheel to shock the noob souls that had taken over their enemies.

It's rumored that a person found a Lightning Wheel and rebuilt it from schematics that had been stored at the University of Block. Its an ancient weapon, so the UOB advises that you are extremely careful with this device.. As for it doesn't come with a warranty banana. It's also a short range weapon, so if you don't like that its short range.. Go ahead. Sell it.. But i don't want to see you use that money for some fancy stereo.

Put Weapon_LightingWheel.zip into the Add-Ons folder in your Blockland folder.

The only time something like this has been done before.. is when Gikon was still around. But he failed at it because he didn't know how to balance weapons properly.
