I was going to have for my Apocraft 3 different reskins for the Endermen,
1. Weeping angels (fits the theme and could probably be done)
2. Slenderman (only there's more than one. stuff!)
3. Default-Styled (inspired by)

Though your post gives me the idea of making an Amigara(?) Fault-styled Herobrine-Endermen hybrid.
