i found the source of the crashing problem

it was the glsl shaders core mod

Well, according to him he somehow convinced a bunch of Verizon engineers to pretty much make that whole thing. Unless they did on off time, I'd have no idea how he managed to get them to waste their time on that lol.

But verizon did all the work and he only gave feedback, so that means that's what verizon is doing when they put people on indefinite hold in customer service.
