Fixed title.
Use Audacity, and download the LAME file on the main page of Audacity.
Open the .ogg file, then click File > "Export as MP3.." Then save it somewhere.

Your best bet is looking for a importer for Audacity.

Play the music in the music composer or whatever and record it from your sound card through Audacity.

You can convert sound from any format this way although it's a good idea to close down AIM, MSN, Steam, Skype, your virus scanner, the Internet, etc, before doing it. It records everything exactly as it's playing out your speakers so if someone sends you an IM the beep will be recorded along with the song.

A converter results in better quality but if one doesn't exist this is how you have to do it. Oh, and you don't have to use audacity, there's other programs that will do it, I'm just not familiar with any others.
