Author Topic: Event radar  (Read 3159 times)

Just made this on the [HB] server. It works pretty damn good.

Overview (inside the prints are zonebricks)

Picture from above with zonebricks shown. Not how the radar screen in the center shows my location with a red dot.\

Another picture, but this time I moved forward a spot.

I intend to make a larger, more functional version in my next spaceship. Just wanted to show you guys that radar IS possible.

Oh, and it plays after school special.

Honestly it isn't that hard.

Though it takes a creative mind to think this idea up.

ok, I used zones.

onplayerenterzone->namedbrick->setcolor->asdf
onplayerleavezone->namedbrick->setcolor->fdsa

I named the grid on a X and Y axis.

Wait baddy has zone events?

I've been doing things like this for awhile.. Try fixing the glitch where when the player Self Deletes or leaves server, the blip is still there..

Nope,
onplayertouch>namedbrick>color red
400 onplayertouch>namedbrick>color black
onplayertouch>self>cancelevents

that is how To also get rid of that annoying blip you guys were discussing
