In the T.V. series "Stargate Atlantis," a race called the Ancients made this space-ship that was small enough to travel through Stargates, yet go pretty fast, have missiles, and cloak. I don't know if its possible to add a cloaking device, or mental-guided missiles to a vehicle, but oh well. The engines on the sides are supposed to retract.

And while your in the Stargate Atlantis mood: Heres a space-ship about the same size that belongs to the bad guys, the Wraith. It shoots lasers from the front, and a alien-abduction-purple-beam onto the ground.
