Use the search button. Type "IV" and then tick "Search in Topic Subjects only." (or else it will come up with whenever someone says "I".)
It is kind of good and bad - if you have a clan that lasts and isn't chock full of noobs, then you're good. If it dies after three days or so, thats bad.
